21st Century Fluency This is an example of using jquery to create a login popup. If you click on one of the download links the login popup appears. It was modified to accomodate a custom background and uses ColdFusion.Ajax.submit to submit the login. It then uses a callback method to reload the page once the user is logged in. I make extensive use of the ColdFusion.Ajax.submit when it is called for as it can really cut down on the number of pages a user must navigate. This site is a long term project and I have done a consierable amount of work on it. It has some very complex business permissions logic. |

Vertical Thinking This is an ecommerce website that uses Moneris as a payment method. I took this over from another developer. It was setup for purchases but not refunds or amended orders so I set that up. I created the entire customer login area where they can view their order status and upload files. I setup the entire employee section where the employees update the status of the orders, issue refunds, upload proofs, email the clients and numerous other tasks. |

RVIA Videos I worked on this site, pretty much creating it from start to finish. I did not do the css. This site houses videos that users pay to view. It has pretty complex business logic regarding the types of videos and the costs, Pay Per View, Pay once view many times, etc. I used Ajax for some data driven drop downs, I used PayFlo Pro for payments and I created web services that sent xml data to the .swf files that played the videos. The flash players had to track how long the video played and send that information back to the database every two minutes. |

The Yarn Trader
This site is a free trading site for mostly yarn or other craft products. There is use of Ajax, lightbox, and a considerable amount of email. I use CFimage tag to resize images that are submitted as well as file writing and deleting. I wrote this entire site as well as css and design. |

HomeopathyWorks
I am currently working on this site. It is slowly turning into a Coldfusion web site and CMS controlled via the database. Newsletters are sent out to over 4000 users from this site. It connects to a merchants site for credit card processing and product shipment. This site houses pdf newsletters as well as audio downloads. There is an administrative component to it too that is password protected. The admin site allows the client to control the subscriber lists as well as some of the content. |

Boutique Wineries
I did a lot of bug fixing on this site. Some of the work I did was fix a recaptcha error, fix some logic errors and tidied up places where bugs often happened. I added error capture to important pages and I wrote a domain checker for email subscriptions using cfthread. |
